This training course provides a fundamental understanding of Automation in general and Network Automation in particular and practical skills required to function as a junior Automation Engineer with essential skills for network, cloud and IT infrastructure automation. The training program is for those who have new or limited IT skills who are looking to enhance their current skills.

This 30 hours/5 days program includes skills exercise including Basic concept of Automation, Network Automation, Tools and associated concepts that are essential for deploying and managing automation tasks including practical hands-on skills which are essential to kickstart advanced automation career.

Objective and Expectations  

There is high demand for professionals with network automation and IT infrastructure automation skills due to the increasing application of cloud -based, distributed IT infrastructure and connected devices. Companies across industries are seeking individuals capable of designing, developing, deploying and managing connected IT infrastructure with near full automation of services and applications.

 

Pre-requisites for the course:

 

Skills and knowledge equivalent to those learned in Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) v1.0 course

2. Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP networking

3. Familiarity with basics of networking, network provisioning, configuration and associated tools.

 

Main Expectations:

 

The instructors/trainers are experienced enough to be able to identify the training needs for the possible market roles available out there. Moreover, they also work on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual trainee and prepare them for market roles during or after the training.

 

       i.          Specially designed practical/lab tasks to be performed by the
trainees have been included in this training program.

     ii.          NETS HR Team will later work closely with all trained/qualified candidates and conduct awareness around the job placement support. Moreover, the trainees would also be encouraged to venture into self-employment and be exposed to the main requirements in this regard.

    iii.          Training feedback is obtained from each individual trainee after every session and information/suggestions gathered is used for future improvement. Lastly, evaluation of the competencies acquired by the trainees will be done at various stages of the training and a proper record of the same will be maintained. Suffice to say that for such evaluations, practical tasks would be designed by the trainers to gauge the problem-solving abilities of the trainees.
